Hello, I’m Susan Kraft Yorke, a technical writing consultant with over 25 years in the tech industry. I spent most of that time in Palo Alto, California, and now work near New York City.

I specialize in technical publications that reduce user search time, increase engagement, and support large-scale documentation migrations with predictable, measurable outcomes.

I am an Evergreen Evangelist. Change is hard, but when things get bumpy or stop working, you have options to move toward a cleanly architected knowledge base.

The good news is that even if your team isn’t ready to migrate to a markdown static site, you can still create an evergreen CMS using Atlassian or Microsoft 365.

I work with LLMs and AI tools  daily for a variety of tasks:

• Generative language model: to produce new text, analysis, structure, and decisions.
• Direct generation through structured prompts, constraints, agents, and evaluation loops.
